Amendments to the UK Money Laundering Regulations
Parliament has approved the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Amendment) Regulations 2026, introducing 15 targeted reforms to strengthen the UK’s AML regime while reducing unnecessary compliance burdens on firms.
