Experience prior to JRS
Before joining JRS, Liam spent 12 years working in Conveyancing, gaining hands on experience across all stages of the property transaction process. His work involved managing complex files, conducting thorough AML checks, and ensuring high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
JRS experience
As Liam is the latest member of our team, having joined in June 2026, he is currently building up his experience of our consultancy work. This includes gaining experience of compliance obligations including AML, SRA codes of conduct, Lexcel/SQM standards along with broader quality assurance frameworks.
Liam's extensive conveyancing background provides a valuable practical insight when advising firms on risk management, AML, file quality and regulatory expectations. Liam supports firms in preparing for audits, strengthening internal systems, and embedding effective compliance processes.
Outside of JRS
Outside of work, Liam enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his young son. He is passionate about football and regularly plays matches with friends. Liam also loves travelling and attending music gigs.
